Closing Costs

What’s my net? Your net will depend upon a number of factors, including what you currently owe on your property. Closing costs will typically include the listing fee, the selling fee, the owner’s title policy (fixed by the State of Texas), attorney fees, recording fees, an escrow fee, homeowner’s association transfer fees and prorated taxes. Taxes are paid at closing for the days a seller owns the property. If there is a loan on the property, these taxes are reimbursed from the seller’s escrow account.
